Detox Diet

I started the detox diet yesterday and so far so good, the food has been delicious. I didnt think it possible to go wheat free and not be hungry. Here was yesterdays menu:

Breakfast – Muesli with apricots and dates

Lunch – Tuna with lime and dill,curried quinoa and toasted almond and herb salad

Dinner – Aduki bean casserole topped with sprouted mung beans 

The mung beans were just like noodles.

  1. It was a mixture of oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and apricots and dates. It was possibly a bit sweet for my taste with the dried fruits but was still yummy. I’m onto day 3 today. ITs a great diet, they deliver the food 3 times per week and i dont have to think about what to eat. got bean burgers and veg for tea tonight.
