Yesterday, when we drove through Lyme Regis, I thought it sounded quite delicious, so today we decided to make one in the van.

It involved layering secret ingredients into a clear plastic disposable cup to make it look fancy. Well… as fancy as a clear plastic disposable cup can look.

Apart from the yoghurt glooping down the side of the cup, it did look quite fancy. Mike tried to wipe it off but only succeeded in smearing it everywhere. If you’re making your own Lyme Regis at home, I suggest you don’t do that.

It was surprisingly tasty, although I think there’s still room for improvement.

Just to be clear, I’m fairly certain a Lyme Regis dessert didn’t exist before today, so I’ve taken complete creative licence.
