The heatwave was due to break and it seemed like a good time to make a run for it towards France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We drove most of the day and it was quite nice. We stopped at a town of Cuenca and headed straight for a hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was one on the outskirts of town with safe parking for Bertie. It was nice to have the relief of aircon again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This town is famous for hanging houses, apparently hanging off a cliff.
