Yesterday we awoke to rain so hibernated for the day, only venturing out for food and wine.\u00a0 The next morning the skies were clear so we made a break for it. After about 30 mins we got wet.<\/p>\n

We cycles through some nice little towns with harbours.\u00a0\u00a0 Luckily by lunchtime the rain stopped and we were able to eat our bread without it getting soggy.<\/p>\n

Most of the day was pretty uneventful. We cycled through farmland, baa’d at sheep and I wrote a few songs. I wrote an especially heartfelt one about an old windmill that was standing alone in a paddock,\u00a0 no longer needed, made reduntant by modern technology.<\/p>\n

We stopped at a campground after 87 km. The ground was really soggy and flooded in places. We decided to stay in a hotel that had a strange smell or gerkins.<\/p>\n
