I&#8217;m finishing work on the 9th Nov and heading home in December for Christmas etc, then aussie in the new year.<\/p>\n<p>I am back on the gym\u00a0wagon and\u00a0have increased\u00a0my personal training sessions to twice a week. Its costing a fortune but I cant be trusted to\u00a0go to the gym on my own.\u00a0I&#8217;ve also cut way back on alcohol and am back on detoxinabox in a desperate attempt to lose weight before we head back home on Dec.\u00a0 So far, nothing seems to be happening, but it appears I may have lost some weight off my back.\u00a0Well woop-de-do. Thats like losing weight off my big toe.\u00a0Why does the weight never come off where we want it to?<\/p>\n<p>Other than that, all weekends\u00a0up\u00a0until we leave are now booked solid, so its\u00a0gonna be a busy little time.<\/p>\n<p>Halloween party this weekend so will have some crazzzeeee piccys I&#8217;m sure.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and its now getting dark at 6pm and daylight saving ends this weekend. winter is here.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My blog has been a bit neglected, but it will all pick up when we do our big aussie tour next year.
