I’ve been a bit blogslack lately. Not much has been happening. I am down to 60.5kg which is great,I just need to keep it that way. I fell off the wagon big time over the weekend, drinking 2.5 bottles of wine and 3 beers. I am really sick of my detoxinabox diet. All the food is now tasting the same and I seem to be constantly hungry so am sneaking in extra meals. The weather has turned to crap, so I havent been doing anything interesting. Mikes daughter cooked us dinner last night cos it was fathers day here.<\/p>\n

I have a big weekends work coming up on Saturday so this week will be pretty busy.<\/p>\n
