My sister Susan and my niece Kate and I climbed this mother of a mountain. It is 4035m high, thats half the height of Mt Everest.\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=photos\/borneo\/Mt%20Kinabalu%20-%20From%20below.JPG><img SRC=photos\/borneo\/Mt%20Kinabalu%20-%20From%20below.JPG height=120 width=160><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\nIt takes 2 days to climb. The first night we stayed at base camp which is about 3000m high. I got altitude sickness&#8230;&#8230;yeeech!\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The next day we got up at 2am to climb the rest of the way to catch the sunrise from the top.
